The easiest way to measure your ring size is to go to local jeweler to have it measure or you can use string or ribbon (make sure it’s not stretchy).
Refer to your ring size here.
If your ring size turns out to be wrong, we provide 1x free resize.
We could help set your stone — but only if it’s GIA certified.
Production time takes 4 - 6 weeks. Please wait patiently until we contact you when it is ready to be delivered.
Shipping time requires 2-3 days depending on the courier you choose.
We ship by JNE or GO-JEK is available for Jakarta area.
So far we have no problem with losing package. We advise our customers to have the package insured. Or you can pick up your rings yourself.
We are not accepting returns or buy back at the moment.
Finard do quality checks and guarantees our rings to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your ring has a defect, you are able to send the ring back to us for inspection where we will repair it. This only applies 2 days after you receive our package.
This warranty does not apply to replacement of a center stone, discoloration due to chemical contact, stone tightening, cleaning, rhodium re-dipping and pavé replacement within reason.
To be eligible for warranty:
- Please be sure the ring was not exposed to unreasonable force or harmful conditions.
- Ring needs to be in the possession of the original purchaser.
Unfortunately, no. Due to the diamonds in this band, we are unable to resize your Infinity Band.
